Decent, but shipping was a pain

Anyone else get frustrated with IVRose's shipping times? The "Elegant Floral Print Casual Mini Dress" I ordered was pretty cute for the $23.40 price tag, and the sizing was actually pretty accurate compared to Rosewe. But it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, which is just too long. Plus, only one promo code per order is kind of annoying when you're trying to save a little extra.
